Rocket plane master for pressurized fuselage.

This master form was CNC machined using a specially programmed hotwire method and EPS foam. This process reduces the cost of fabrication without compromising on finished quality. The finished master was then skinned with fiberglass and finished with a primer and prepared for the mold making process.
